Sweetened The Natural Way, By Fruit.

We haven’t added any sugar to this Fruity Date Porridge, as we think the fruity does a pretty good job of that on its own. It also gives this porridge distinct flavours with the apples, dates and apricots. Nice one, Nature.

INGREDIENTS

Porridge oats, jumbo oatsoatmeal, dates (12%), apricots (6%), apple (4%) ground apple, cinnamon.

HOW WE LIKE IT
  • In a pan – Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Microwave – Pour ingredients into a bowl and cook on full power for 2 minutes the stir. Cook for a further minute, the stir. Leave to cool and thicken for 2 minutes.
