- Add 50ml of edible oil or ghee in a pressure cooker and heat well. Now add the given whole spices (Pack 1) and sauté for a minute on low flame.
- Add 750g of cleaned chicken or precooked Mutton pieces or 400g vegetables and sauté well for 2 minutes. Empty the given Biryani Masala Paste (Pack 2) and sauté well for 5 minutes in medium flame till the oil oozes out.
- Now add 500gm Seeraga Samba Rice and add 800ml of water. Mix well and check for salt. Cover and place the whistle. Set the flame to medium high and cook for 3 whistles. Now tasty Aachi Dindigul Biryani is ready. Serve hot with brinjal gravy / raita.
